Is this a Gym?
No. Live-Fit is not a Gym, it is a personal training studio.
Do you have gym style machines and equipment?
Live-Fit specializes in accessible workouts that can be done anywhere at any time! The majority of exercises performed at Live-Fit do not require additional equipment, however resistance is regularly encouraged.
What type of workout equipment do you use?
Live-Fit incorporates, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, steps, and stability balls to promote strength, mobility, endurance, and longevity!
How long do the workouts take?
20 Minutes and DONE!!! I don’t have much spare time in my life nor does anyone who works. Get in and get out, as I always say! Use these 20 minutes to challenge yourself to level up your fitness abilities or take it easy and exercise in a more manageable fashion. I will always encourage you to go a little harder, when necessary and beneficial!
Are the workouts difficult?
Live-Fit workouts are as hard or as easy as you make them. Each exercise performed at Live-Fit has a modified version available for the beginner to the advanced or for the younger person to the more seasoned individual. As your Trainer I am constantly evaluating your abilities every time you come to class and during your workout; I will always provide a modified version that is suitable to your abilities. FYI: Live-Fit has members from ages 23-70 who attend classes regularly!
Do I have to be a Live-Fit member to workout?
No! You do not have to be a Live-Fit member to workout in the Live-Fit Studio. Drop-in rate for individual classes is $5.00, however Live-Fit members do have extra perks like Tonal Gym Time and Unlimited in-class attendance.
